Description
The Division of Rehabilitation Services is seeking a contractor to provide an annual Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan 3.0 subscription renewal for 2026. The contractor must be a Master Contractor under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. The scope of work includes providing the Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan 3.0 subscription renewal for 12 months. The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP and ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The contract is for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the required services and deliverables.
• The contractor must ensure that all agreements and terms and conditions are provided in the proposal.
• The contractor must comply with the State of Maryland's Information Security Policy.
