Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide campground host services at the Winhall Brook Camping Area, located at Ball Mountain Lake in South Londonderry, VT. The contractor will be responsible for the daily operation and minor maintenance of the campground, including tasks such as contact station operation, registration, and temporary living quarters management. The contract period is from May 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with two option years. The contractor must provide two fully qualified personnel to perform the services, and they will be required to live on-site during their scheduled workdays. The contractor will be paid a firm fixed price for their services. Key requirements include: providing all labor for the daily operation and minor maintenance of the campground, maintaining the contact station and temporary living quarters, and performing registration and other duties as specified.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide their own fully operable self-contained RV or camper unit.
• The contractor must maintain their campsite in a clean and sanitary condition.
• The contractor must provide a list of the names and contact phone numbers for all employees prior to them working on Government Property.
• The contractor must comply with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Safety and Occupational Health Requirements.
