The Navy is seeking a qualified contractor to diagnose and repair a John Deere 544E 10‑k lb forklift located at the Naval School of Operational Excellence in Niceville, FL. The work includes a full engine‑cooling diagnosis, a possible engine replacement with a new OEM John Deere engine, use of only genuine OEM parts, and completion of testing and certification. The contractor must operate within a 120‑mile driving radius of the work site and must submit a firm‑fixed‑price offer for the repair (CLIN 0001) and a not‑to‑exceed $5,000 line for additional work (CLIN 0002).
