RFP North Region Transit, Paratransit, and Microtransit Services

The City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation is seeking proposals from qualified firms to operate the City's North Region Commuter Express and Community DASH Transit Services, Cityride Dial-a-Ride Paratransit Services, and the LAnow Microtransit Services. The selected proposer will be responsible for the management and operation of these services, including vehicle maintenance, staffing, and customer service. The contract is expected to be for a term of 5 years with options to extend.
