Description
The Butler VA Medical Center is seeking sources for Bio-Rad Laboratories Quality Control reagents for use by the Laboratory Medicine Service Department. The required items include various Bio-Rad products such as Cardiac Marker Plus Control, Multiqual Unassy, Liquichek Ethanol/Ammonia Control, and Liquichek Urine Chem Control. Interested parties must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and provide a capability statement, relevant literature, and a point of contact. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes, or proposals, but reserves the right to do so at a later date.
* The required items are brand name only, specifically Bio-Rad Laboratories products.
* The work will be completed at the Butler VA Medical Center, 353 Duffy Road, Butler, PA 16001.
