Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of 1550 decals, including 1 roll of 50 decals for Departmental Random "Blue Label" Copies. The decals must be 2.375" in diameter with an irregular shaped border, and must be printed in 4-color process with type matter, agency logo, solid/heavy coverage, and full bleed. The contractor must provide a gloss UV, aqueous coating, or varnish to protect the surface from scratching or smearing. The decals must be mounted on a suitable size continuous backing sheet with 1/2" between each decal, and must be die cut/kiss cut with all waste removed. The contractor must also provide six samples via traceable means to the Communication Center.
• The contractor must submit quotes via GPO Publish.
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment.
• The contractor must download the "Labeling and Marking Specifications" form from gpo.gov and attach it to shipping containers.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via e-mail.
• The contractor must ship via UPS/FedEx, unless otherwise approved.
