Water Heaters

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is requesting bids for the procurement of water heaters. The bid submission requirements include furnishing the bidder's Dunn number, tax identification number, and completing the blanks and signature line. The bidder must also acknowledge receipt of any addenda or amendments that may have been issued. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible bid. • The water heaters must be 100-gallon, 200 KPTU Triton water heaters, manufactured by Rheem/Ruud, model number GHE100 SU-200-NG. • The bidder must quote freight F.O.B. destination, prepaid, and allowed. • The bidder must provide a point of contact for the submitted bid response. • The bidder must comply with TDCJ security procedures when making deliveries to correctional facilities.
