Description
The City of Columbus, Public Utilities Department is seeking to establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for Bottled Water Service on an as-needed basis. The estimated annual expenditure for this agreement is $15,000. The agreement will be in effect from the date of execution to March 31, 2027. The city is looking for vendors to provide bottled water, dispensers, and other related items. The bid will be awarded based on the total cost of line items 10, 20, and 30.
• Line 10: New Hot/Cold Dispensers for 5 Gallon Bottles
• Line 20: 5 Gallon Bottles of Drinking Water
• Line 30: 7 oz. Disposable Plastic Cups for Bottled Water Dispenser
• Line 40: 16.9 oz. Bottled Water
• Line 50: Misc. Charges
