The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Dressers and Armchairs for Austin State Supported Living Center. The required goods to be provided are Dressers and Armchairs. The contract term is expected to be 240 days. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the goods to the specified location. • The goods must meet the specifications outlined in the IFB. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive response that includes all required information and documentation. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a pricing sheet that includes all costs associated with the goods. • The contractor must deliver the goods on time and in accordance with the delivery schedule. • The contractor must provide a certificate of interested parties prior to contract award.
