South Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install, and support a complete suite of construction‑surveying equipment for the 2026 fiscal year. The contract calls for fifteen new Carlson BRx7 GNSS receivers with full smart‑antenna kits, six Carlson RT4+ Geo Cell tablets loaded with SurvPC software, all associated accessories, printed and electronic documentation, and on‑site training by a certified Carlson dealer. Delivery is required within 30 days of purchase order issuance, and the contractor must provide ongoing technical support and warranty coverage throughout the one‑year performance period.
• Provide 15 new Carlson BRx7 GNSS receivers plus full smart‑antenna accessory kits (poles, bipods, batteries, chargers, cables, etc.).
• Supply 6 Carlson RT4+ Geo Cell tablets with SurvPC software, carrying cases, keyboards, pole mounts, prisms, and telescopic poles.
• Deliver all equipment to SCDOT headquarters in Columbia, SC, within 30 days of PO, and conduct on‑site training for SCDOT staff.
• Furnish complete user manuals, electronic documentation, and provide toll‑free technical support for the contract duration.
• Vendor must be a certified Carlson Centric Dealer, hold a valid South Carolina vendor number, and carry required insurance and financial certifications.
