Description
The United States Army is seeking a contractor to provide a tracked or wheeled mechanized topsoil screener for the Devens Reserve Forces Training Area in Lancaster, MA. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, and services to deliver and unload the topsoil screener to the specified location. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. The Government intends to award a single contract, and the evaluation will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable methodology.
• The contractor shall provide a price for each contract line item number (CLIN) on the Standard Form (SF) 1449.
• The contractor shall submit a signed SF1449, including blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c.
• The contractor shall provide proof of a valid Certificate of Insurance in accordance with FAR Clause 52.228-5.
• The contractor shall complete all "fill-ins" in provisions and clauses that apply and include with submission response to this solicitation.
