Overpayment Resolution Services

The County of San Mateo is seeking proposals for Overpayment Resolution Services. The selected proposer will be responsible for performing credit balance and overpayment resolution services, including reviewing and resolving accounts in a credit or overpayment status, and entering necessary adjustments to the EMR/EHR. The proposer will also be required to complete Claims Inquiry Forms and create requests for overpayment resolution to payers according to their guidelines. • The scope of work includes reviewing and resolving accounts in a credit or overpayment status • The proposer will be required to enter necessary adjustments to the EMR/EHR • The proposer will be required to complete Claims Inquiry Forms and create requests for overpayment resolution to payers • The proposer will be required to maintain coverage for liability and remediation arising out of unauthorized use of or access to County Data or software • The proposer will be required to provide a detailed written response describing how they meet the minimum qualifications • The proposer will be required to provide a project approach and scope of work tasks/milestones
