Unit Trash Out Services

The Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified and licensed firms to provide Unit Trash Out Services at various locations for an initial 12-month period, with four optional one-year renewals. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work. The contractor must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. The scope of work includes providing unit trash out services, which involves removing trash and debris from units.
