Description
The State of Alaska is seeking information from vendors to enhance the myAlaska mobile application, which serves as a single-entry point for state government services. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather industry input on cost, timeline, and implementation considerations for adding new features to the application, potentially through the use of Agentic Artificial Intelligence. The project has two phases with desired timelines of 120 days and 180 days. The State is considering implementing Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) modules within the myAlaska application to enhance service delivery to users of the application.

• Proactive notifications, reminders, and personal recommendations for relevant state services
• Context-aware assistance, including dynamic form filling, document retrieval, and eligibility checks
