Description
The State of Maryland is seeking to purchase Cisco SmartNet Support through 10/31/2026. The purpose of this solicitation is to align all of the state's Cisco SmartNet items with the same expiration date. The contract will be awarded to a Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors. The scope of work includes the provision of Cisco SmartNet Support for all Cisco devices, as well as installation and training services. The state is committed to purchasing environmentally preferable products and services, and bidders are encouraged to offer such products.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract.
• The state reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity.
• The Master Contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1.
• Bids must be received by the due date and time listed in the solicitation.
