CSSH ALS & BLS ambulance

The Department of Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide Miscellaneous Ambulance Services, including Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and non-emergent ambulance services for the Office of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS), Clarks Summit State Hospital (CSSH). The contractor will be required to provide these services at the prices quoted in their bid. The contract will be for a period of 24 months.
