Description
The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking a vendor to provide a 1-year dedicated internet renewal service for the PACOM Office (PAT INDO) at Medan Merdeka Selatan 5. The service should include a 50 Mbps dedicated internet connection, public IP addresses, backup line, and 24/7 technical support. The vendor must have fiber-optic network infrastructure already installed in the Embassy area and provide multimode 50-micron fiber-optic cable with SC connectors. The contract period is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The vendor must be willing to accept a purchase order from the U.S. Embassy Jakarta and deliver the services to the Embassy.
Key requirements include:
• Public IP addresses with /29 subnet
• Dedicated and private connection not shared with other customers
• Backup line and auto roll over at installed locations
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) 99.5% uptime
• Bandwidth management connection with software access
• 24/7/365 technical support with 15-minute response time
• No filtering, Network Address Translation (NAT) or web blocking for the US Government connection
• Provider must have fiber-optic network infrastructure already present and installed in the demarcation room facility at locations
• Multimode 50-micron Fiber-optic cable with SC connectors to the Embassy OTB
