The brochures will be printed in 4-color process with some type reversing out to appear white. The contractor must provide a fixed price for the production of the brochures, including all materials and operations. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror submitting a bid that specifies the most copies to be delivered to the Government for an all-inclusive, fixed-price total of $18,511.00.
