The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for a Contract Delivery Service (CDS) on the HCR 99863 route serving the Sitka Main Office, Alaska (H063). The contractor will provide regular box‑delivery and mail‑transport services on a daily schedule (except Sundays and holidays) covering approximately 4,698 route miles per year and handling an estimated 578 boxes annually.
