Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis the following items: HDPE Dome per Drawing 8016867 and HDPE Dome per Drawing 8016869. The contractor shall fabricate, finish, inspect, document, package, and deliver the parts identified in this procurement in accordance with the applicable drawings, the Statement of Work, and the purchase order. The contract will be a firm fixed price order, and the contractor must have a current CMMC status at the CMMC Level 2 (Self) or higher.
• The contractor shall deliver 100 units of each HDPE Dome within the specified delivery schedule.
• The contractor shall provide material certificates and operating and maintenance instructions.
• The contractor shall remove and dispose of any first article from the Government test facility at the contractor's expense.
• The contractor shall ensure all subcontractors and suppliers complete prior to subcontract award, and maintain on an annual basis, an affirmation, by the affirming official, of continuous compliance with the requirements associated with the CMMC level required for the subcontract or other contractual instrument.
