Master Order, Pool of Vendors for Service on Allison Transmissions

The Texas A&M University is seeking to establish a Master Order, Pool of Vendors to provide Service on Allison transmissions for the campus located in College Station, TX. The vendor shall be responsible for the complete removal, repair, and replacement of Allison transmissions in designated vehicles for Texas A&M Transportation Services. The estimated annual expenditure is $50,000. The Master Order will commence on the Effective Date and continue for one year, with the option to renew for successive one-year periods, up to a total of five years. The vendor must provide a minimum one-year warranty on all parts and accessories. • The vendor must utilize only new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for transmission rebuilds. • The vendor is expected to deliver the completed work within thirty calendar days from the date the order is placed. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance prior to beginning any work on the campus of Texas A&M. • A HUB Subcontracting Plan is required, and failure to submit a complete plan will result in rejection of the bid.
