Description
The North Dakota Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a comprehensive Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP). The work is split into a federal‑compliant portion (IIJA/ FHWA requirements) and a state‑specific portion, covering a wide range of asset classes such as pavements, bridges, ITS devices, and ancillary structures. The contractor will deliver draft and final versions of both plans, GIS‑compatible mapping products, and an in‑depth presentation to NDDOT leadership, all while adhering to ADA accessibility standards and ND open‑records law. The effort is remote, hourly‑rate based, and expected to last roughly one year.
