Roof Repair Service

The Town of Greenwich is seeking bids for roof repair services. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with four optional years. The contractor will provide labor, materials, and equipment for roof repairs, including installation of new roofing systems, replacement of existing roofs, and repair of gutters and downspouts. The contractor must have experience with various types of roofing materials, including EPDM, asphalt, slate, and metal roofs. The contractor must also provide proof of registration with the State Department of Consumer Protection and have a valid Connecticut contractor's license. • The contractor will be required to respond to work requests within 24 hours. • The contractor will be required to provide a one-year warranty on all materials and workmanship. • The contractor will be required to provide insurance coverage, including liability and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a separate materials invoice from the supplier of the materials, along with the invoice for service.
