Printed Materials for Santa Monica's Big Blue Bus

The City of Santa Monica is seeking a qualified vendor to provide print production materials for the Big Blue Bus. The selected vendor will produce a wide range of printed materials and signage used throughout the Big Blue Bus system, including bus stop and facility signage, service change and temporary signage, onboard customer information materials, fleet graphics and decals, and other collateral materials. The vendor must use U/V ink, 4 color process and PMS, and provide cutting, collating, radius corners, drill holes, and/or grouping as required. The vendor must also deliver a high-resolution digital color proof for each job at no additional cost, and materials must be produced and delivered within 14 calendar days or less following approval of proof. • The Big Blue Bus operates a fleet of 195 vehicles transporting passengers daily across a 58-square mile service area, with more than 930 stops systemwide. • The vendor must comply with the City's nondiscrimination policy and ensure that all materials are accessible and customer-friendly. • The contract may be extended for four additional one-year renewal periods. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all minor irregularities. • The City will evaluate bids based on price, experience, and other factors.
