Description
North Carolina A&T State University is seeking a supplier to provide ground maintenance for 87 residential lots. The contract term is 3 years, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional years. The university is looking for a vendor to provide bi-weekly mowing, trimming, edging, and trash removal during the winter months, and weekly during the summer months. The vendor will also be required to provide chemical weed control and call-back services as needed. The university encourages vendors to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
Key requirements include:
• Providing all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work
• Maintaining the lots in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and university policies
• Providing a certified NC Pest Control License for the person applying chemicals
• Completing all work in accordance with the scope of work and approved maintenance schedules
• Providing monthly reports and service logs
• Responding promptly to requests, concerns, and corrective actions
