Description
The State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA), Division of Procurement Services (DPS), is soliciting bids for fuel tank cleaning services for the South Carolina State Fire Academy. The scope of work includes the removal of product, filtering out solids, removing water, cleaning, drying, and returning the appropriate product (fuel) to one of the four 10,000-gallon above-ground storage tanks. The contract will be a one-time purchase, and the award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
• The bidder must submit one online bid with cover pages 1 and 2, and if necessary, one redacted copy.
• The bidder must acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the solicitation.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to ethics, debarment, and tax withholding.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and comply with the terms and conditions of the contract.
