Description
The State of South Carolina is seeking a mainframe services provider to support its large, complex environment. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering mainframe services, including incident, change, and information security management. The provider will also be required to have a transition plan in place to ensure a smooth transition of services. The State is looking for a provider with experience in supporting similar scale and complexity environments, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services. The evaluation factors for this RFP include quality of solution, experience and past performance, and commercial proposal. The State intends to make one single definitive contract award from this Solicitation.
