This solicitation seeks a sole‑source vendor to provide FY26 annual maintenance subscriptions for the ECI M1 Manufacturing Execution System (MES) used by the Naval Air Warfare Center’s Engineering & Prototyping Facility. The work consists of delivering eight on‑premise software subscription line‑items on a firm‑fixed‑price basis, with delivery, inspection, and acceptance at Webster Field, St Inigoes, MD. The vendor must be an authorized reseller of ECI Software Solutions, be SAM‑registered, and meet extensive FAR/DFARS representation requirements.
• Eight distinct software subscription products (Advanced Bill of Materials, Production Module, KnowledgeSync Alerts, Document Management, Shop Floor Entry, Advanced Inventory Management, Elite Learning Pass, and Annual Learning Pass).
