Description
The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide a 380 FT Towing Tank Carriage Control System. The solicitation includes a site visit, which is highly encouraged but not mandatory, to ensure a clear understanding of the requirement. Vendors are expected to inspect the site and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. The site visit will be conducted on 21 May 2026, and vendors must send their verification information to Gilbert Dobison by 19 May 2026.
• The site visit will be held at Bishop Stadium parking lot, 280 Wainwright Drive, Annapolis Blvd., Annapolis, MD 21402.
• Vendors are limited to two representatives per organization for the site visit.
• The government does not intend to provide written responses to all questions following the site visit unless deemed necessary.
• A formal question and answer period will be allotted after the issuance of the Request for Quotes.
