The Alabama Peace Officers’ Annuity & Benefit Fund (APOABF) seeks a qualified, Alabama‑licensed and bonded pest‑control firm to provide quarterly pest‑control services at its Montgomery facility (514 S McDonough St., approximately 4,621 sq ft). The contract will be a multi‑year Small Purchase Agreement (maximum five‑year term) with a total ceiling of $25,000 and no price adjustments allowed during the term. The supplier must handle all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, covering the upper floor (unoccupied), lower floor, and stairways, targeting roaches, ants, rodents, spiders, lizards, and any other pest activity. No subcontracting is permitted, and the firm must submit licensing and bonding documentation with its quotation, which must remain valid for 30 days after the bid closing date.
