Description
The U.S. Embassy Seoul requires comprehensive logistical support for the 2026 Multilateral Youth Summit, including travel and visa support, accommodation and meals, ground transportation, venue and event management, and on-site participant management. The contractor will also conduct a post-summit debrief in Seoul with Embassy staff and leadership. The program content and participant selection will be managed by U.S. Embassy Seoul, while the contractor will be responsible for all logistical arrangements and on-site execution.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Travel and visa support for 45 participants and 5 presenters
• Accommodation and meals for participants and presenters
• Ground transportation for participants
• Venue and event management, including stage, seating, and audiovisual equipment
• On-site participant management, including registration, orientation, and troubleshooting
• Post-summit debrief and report
