The U.S. Embassy in Singapore is seeking a contractor to replace the air-conditioning cooling system and upgrade the distribution board in the server room. The contract will be a firm fixed price type-contract, and the Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, and contractors must be registered in the SAM database prior to submitting an offer. The performance of this contract will take place in Singapore, and contractors must possess all required local licenses, permits, and authorizations to operate legally. • The contract requires the replacement of the air-conditioning cooling system and upgrade of the distribution board in the server room. • The contractor must be registered in the SAM database prior to submitting an offer. • The contractor must possess all required local licenses, permits, and authorizations to operate legally in Singapore. • The contractor must comply with all applicable local labor, safety, and tax laws. • The contract will include DOSAR clause 652.242-73 – Authorization and Performance (AUG 1999).
