Description
The Multi-Region Purchasing Cooperative of Region 10 ESC is seeking a full-line grocery distributor to provide delivery services on a weekly basis. The distributor must provide commercial food items, non-food items, and processed USDA foods utilizing Net Off Invoice and Fee For Service through distributor Value Pass-Thru methods. The distributor must also provide a commodity tracking and draw-down system to support the use of commodity pounds for NOI and/or FFS purchases. Branded products are preferred for all commercial food products, and the distributor must comply with the Buy American Provision. The contract will be for a single initial year, with four single consecutive one-year renewal options. The evaluation criteria include cost, responsiveness, and responsibility of the bidder, as well as the quality of the goods and services offered.
• The contract value is estimated to be $296,237,799.00.
• The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The bidder must provide a completed Form 1295, Certificate of Interested Parties, with their proposal.
• The bidder must certify that they do not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract.
