Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for the replacement of domestic water mains at the Mt. Pleasant Correctional Facility. The project involves replacing hot and cold water mains, with construction expected to begin on April 17, 2026, and end on August 25, 2026. Bidders must comply with all affirmative action/equal employment opportunity provisions of the State of Iowa and the Federal Government. The project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax, and Davis Bacon Wages will not apply.
• The bid opening will be held on February 25, 2026, at 4:00 pm.
• An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on February 12, 2026, at 9:00 am.
• Bidding documents, including drawing sheets and the project manual, may be obtained from Rapids Reproductions.
• Questions must be submitted by February 17, 2026, to the issuing officer.
• The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
