Description
The City of Presque Isle is seeking a qualified concession vendor to operate food, beverage, and merchandise services at “The Forum” venue for a ten‑month period. The contractor will design menus, pricing, layout, staffing, and sustainability plans, with the goal of enhancing visitor experience and generating revenue for the city.
• Provide a diverse menu (including dietary accommodations) with sample pricing.
• Submit a physical layout plan for concession stands and a qualified staffing plan.
• Demonstrate at least 3 years of concession experience, relevant licenses, insurance, and five client references.
• Evaluation will focus on menu quality, pricing, experience, creativity, and sustainability practices.
• Proposals must be sealed, labeled “Concession Bid”, and delivered by November 15, 2024, 2 PM to the City Clerk.
