Description
The Executive Office of Aging & Independence is seeking a qualified vendor to provide project management, content development, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement support, and implementation planning services in support of the Home Care Sustainability initiative. The vendor will work with the Executive Office of Aging & Independence and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services to advance the Home Care Sustainability initiative. The scope of work includes developing and maintaining a comprehensive project charter, master work plan, and governance support materials; conducting targeted analysis to support specific Home Care sustainability objectives; developing sustainability options with quantified financial impact estimates; and assisting in drafting regulatory amendments and sub-regulatory guidance.
