Description
The State of Michigan, Department of Natural Resources, is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal and lawn maintenance services for the Plainwell Customer Service Center. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to renew for up to two additional 1-year periods. The contractor will be responsible for plowing snow from parking lots and driving areas, blowing/shoveling snow from sidewalks and entrances, applying de-icer to sidewalks and entrances, and removing snow from roofs. The contractor will also be responsible for lawn maintenance, including mowing, weeding, and blowing clippings. The State is looking for a contractor that can provide high-quality services, meet the required timelines, and work within the budget.
