Description
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is seeking qualified firms to provide Railroad Flagging Services to support operational and capital projects, short-term requirements, and unanticipated operational needs. The contractor will be required to carry and maintain various insurance policies, including Commercial General Liability Insurance, Automobile Liability Insurance, Workers' Compensation Insurance, and Umbrella Liability Insurance. The contract term is throughout the term of the contract, including any extensions thereof.
• The contractor must provide rail flagging services
• The contractor must have the required insurance policies in place
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract
• The contractor must provide certificates of insurance to the MBTA
• The contractor must maintain the required insurance policies throughout the term of the contract
