RFP P50714 Lindbergh Center Transit Oriented Development Project

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is soliciting development proposals for the Lindbergh Center Transit Oriented Development project. The project aims to create a mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly community centered around public transportation. The developer will design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a mixed-use residential and commercial development across three non-contiguous parcels. The proposal should include a technical proposal, financial proposal, and other required submittals. • The development must be limited to Parcel No. D3202, with Parcels No. D3230 and No. D3140 preserved as greenspace and/or for ancillary facilities. • The proposal should include a project concept and development plan, revenue and income proposal, and financial stability and capability information. • The developer must demonstrate experience and qualifications in transit-oriented development and mixed-use residential and commercial development. • The proposal should include information on the proponent's organizational structure, key personnel, and experience. • The developer must comply with MARTA's Code of Ethics and all applicable laws and regulations.
