2026 Electrical and Ground Power Substation Replacement

This project replaces and upgrades the medium‑voltage electrical and ground‑power substations serving Concourse C at Minneapolis‑St. Paul International Airport. The work includes installing new medium‑voltage switchgear, constructing duct banks, removing and repaving apron pavement, asbestos abatement, concrete and masonry work, steel framing, waterproofing, curtain‑wall installation, HVAC upgrades, and associated mechanical and telecommunications upgrades. • Provide and install new medium‑voltage substation equipment (normal and emergency power) for Concourse C. • Execute extensive civil works: apron pavement removal/replacement, excavation, duct‑bank, manhole, and back‑filling. • Perform comprehensive interior construction: asbestos abatement, concrete, masonry, steel framing, waterproofing, curtain walls, HVAC, and related mechanical, electrical, and telecom installations.
