Description
Burnet County is seeking sealed bids for the lease or purchase of countywide copiers. The purpose of this bid is to obtain competitive pricing for new copier equipment, maintenance services, supplies, and related support under either outright purchase or lease options. The vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, delivery, installation, training, service, maintenance, toner, parts, and support necessary for county-wide copier services. The equipment shall include copy/print/scan capability, network printing, scan to email/network folder, secure print release, automatic document feeder, duplex printing, department usage tracking, user authentication, remote monitoring, automatic meter reporting, fax capability, and staple finisher. The vendor shall provide delivery and installation, setup and network configuration, end-user training, preventative maintenance, service response within 24 hours, parts and labor included, and toner and consumables included.
• The bid shall include separate pricing for purchase and lease options.
• The bid shall include pricing for small department copiers, medium department copiers, and high volume copiers.
• The bid shall include pricing for installation, annual maintenance, toner, and warranty information.
• The vendor shall provide references and certify that they are not currently delinquent in the payment of any debt owed to the State of Texas.
• The vendor shall provide a certificate of insurance and comply with all insurance requirements.
• The vendor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Texas Public Information Act.
• The vendor shall provide a signed bid form, acknowledgement of receipt of addenda, and all required forms and documents.
