Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The bid package lists dozens of pipe, valve, and accessory line items across six streets. Assuming an average unit cost of $150 for pipe and fittings and $300‑$500 for larger valves, a rough material total per street ranges from $30,000 to $60,000. Multiplying by six streets gives an estimated contract value between $180,000 and $360,000. Adding contingency, delivery, and administrative costs could push the upper bound toward $500,000. Therefore the expected budget is roughly $200 k–$500 k, depending on final quantities and unit pricing.
