TWRA HQ Janitorial Services

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for its headquarters office building. The contract is for one year with an option to renew for an additional year. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor and skills necessary to perform the specified services, including daily, weekly, and monthly janitorial tasks. The contractor will be paid based on a daily rate for work performed during the business work week. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the building, including restrooms, floors, and surfaces. • The contractor will be required to provide supervision of contractor employees performing services under this contract agreement. • The contractor will be responsible for distributing and installing expendable supplies purchased by TWRA. • The contractor will be required to meet with the Facility Manager weekly to review performance. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in a satisfactory manner and that the building is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
