Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking bids for roof repair services in Mendocino County. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies, parts, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide roof repairs to Caltrans. The services will be performed at the Caltrans District 32 Equipment Shop, located at 3290 North State Street, Ukiah, CA 95482. The project includes repairing leaks, replacing ridge caps, and cleaning gutters. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contractor must possess a valid and current C-39 (Roofing Contractor) license or B (General Building Contractor) license issued by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
• The contractor must have experience with roof repair and maintenance.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage rates and labor laws.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonds as required by the contract.
• The contractor must complete the work within the specified timeframe and budget.
