Request Hanwha Vision Cameras HC-12-19-25A rev 1

The Columbia County School District (CCSD) is soliciting quotes for the purchase of 1,508 cameras and 308 camera mounts from Hanwha Vision America. The quotes must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. EST on December 19, 2025, and must be valid for at least 60 days. The CCSD will accept bids sent by email, but bidders must ensure that their emails do not exceed 18 megabytes. The bid must include the following documents: 1. Business References Form (1-page) 2. Bid Inputs 3. Warranty information The CCSD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive minor defects or technicalities, and solicit new bids on the same project or on a modified project. The evaluation of bids and subsequent contract award will be based on the information furnished by the bidder, references, interviews, price, experience, and delivery capability. The CCSD is a tax-exempt organization, and the price should not include any federal, state, or local sales tax, or use tax (or fees) unless otherwise required by the Georgia Department of Revenue. The Federal Tax ID number for the CCSD is 58-6000217. The bid must be for new items only, and the bidder must certify that the prices in the bid have been arrived at independently without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement with any other bidder or competitor. The CCSD will accept electronic signatures on bids, and the awarded product will be "inside-delivered," which includes delivery, unloading, and placement in a designated area inside the first floor of the building. The product must be packaged and labeled with box count per location, and only complete orders per location will be delivered to the Columbia County Support Complex.
