Sources Sought for Contract Vehicle to Supply Construction Materials

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, is seeking to identify qualified and interested vendors capable of providing heavy and civil construction materials, tools, and incidental services for various locations throughout Florida and Georgia. The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for this requirement. The contractor will be responsible for sourcing and delivering materials for various civil works and construction projects, with a non-exclusive list of potential materials provided in the attached Purchase Description. Key requirements include: • Sourcing and delivering materials for various civil works and construction projects • Delivering materials to specified project sites within five business days of award notification • Ensuring all materials are delivered in undamaged condition and meet specified requirements • Providing quality assurance through inspection of the contractor's performance • Complying with all reasonable requests of the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to protect government-owned property, materials, and equipment.
