Description
This statewide term contract provides education‑consulting services to the South Carolina Department of Education, its Education Oversight Committee, Office of Special Education Services, and any public education entity in the state. Vendors may bid on any subset of twelve line‑item categories, each with a maximum hourly rate (ranging from $125 to $250) and a daily cap of $2,000. Services include professional‑development seminars, conference speeches, technical assistance, policy analysis, task‑force participation, curriculum development, assessment design, mentoring, hearing‑officer duties, IDEA complaint investigations, and audit‑related assistance. The contract is fixed‑price, with performance anticipated from July 2026 through July 2031, and includes optional one‑year renewals. Travel expenses are reimbursable per state regulations, and all work‑product becomes state property.
