The vendor must deliver a configurable, ADA‑compliant portal, integrate tightly with existing campus systems (Ellucian Banner via Ethos, Canvas LMS, Nelnet payment processing, Slate CRM), migrate two years of historical data from the incumbent Modern Campus system, and provide ongoing support and maintenance for a three‑year contract term. The award is expected mid‑March 2026 with go‑live targeted for April 1 2026. Evaluation heavily favors functional fit, integration capability, security/compliance certifications (SOC 2, PCI‑AoC, GDPR, VPAT), and cost competitiveness.
