The West Virginia Lottery Commission is seeking a vendor to supply and fully install a complete audiovisual (AV) conference‑room solution on the 10th floor of its headquarters in Charleston. The scope includes delivery of a specified list of Crestron, Netgear, PTZOptics, Biamp, Audio‑Tech, Tripp‑Lite, and other AV components, plus all labor, programming, commissioning, and testing required to integrate the new equipment with existing systems. The contract is a one‑time purchase; all items must be delivered and installed within 60 calendar days of award. The award will go to the lowest‑priced compliant bidder; vendors must hold a Crestron Electronics Certification and a West Virginia contractor’s license.
