Description
Camden County is seeking a qualified firm to provide on‑call Construction Management and Construction Inspection (CM/CI) services for roadway projects across multiple municipalities for a one‑year period. The vendor must assign a full‑time Project Manager and NICET‑qualified Construction Inspectors, conduct pre‑construction meetings, manage traffic control, prepare documentation for NJDOT reimbursement, verify payroll and EEO compliance, coordinate material testing, and respond to resident inquiries—all on an as‑needed basis, including nights and weekends without premium rates. The contract is a fixed‑price, hourly‑rate structure with maximum caps and strict insurance and certification requirements.
• Provide full‑time on‑site construction inspection, QA, and supervision of materials testing.
• Manage project documentation, change orders, payroll verification, and NJDOT reimbursement forms.
• Coordinate with County staff, municipal officials, and the public; handle traffic control and VMS messaging.
• Maintain required insurance, certifications, and disclosures (MBE/WBE, Iran/Russia sanctions).
• Work under a one‑year on‑call schedule (April 1 2026 – March 31 2027) with rates capped at $175/hr for Project Manager and $115‑$125/hr for inspectors.
